What is the Review System ?

Our 5-star Review System allows users to post their opinions, both good and bad, on any cryptocurrency traded on our platform. These reviews are rated by the community so that the most valuable advice is easy to find. You can even give and compare price target suggestions or share chart predictions, opening a new world for inexperienced traders who need guidance on proper risk management. Users can follow other users so be sure to subscribe to any reviewers whose advice you trust and you’ll be notified immediately every time they create new posts.


Anyone may create or rate reviews as long as they meet our base criteria, which is to have a “Reputation level” of 2 or higher, $100 or equivalent worth on the exchange, and the user must not be currently banned from the Trollbox. These requirements help prevent the spamming of low quality reviews and the manipulation of their ratings.

What is the Reputation System ?

Nebula Exchange is the most community focused exchange in history and for this reason we have created a way for the most respected and trustworthy members to stand out. Reputation Points (RP) can be earned to level up your account by referring new users, logging in daily, and getting thumbed up on your reviews. Another way is to join our Advice Tab in the chatbox, where users who appreciate your help can “Thank” you with points. With this system the Nebula is going to be an ideal place to learn how to trade or get rewarded for sharing your knowledge with others. Every time you earn enough points to level up you are rewarded with an emoji lootbox, which contains 3 random emojis to use in the Trollbox, profile, or reviews. Every 5 levels will also change your name color on the exchange, making it easy to see who is new and who is an established member of the community.


Reputation Leveling

• Levels 1 – 10 are every 50 points from 0-500 RP

• Levels 10 – 20 are every 100 points from 500-1500 RP

• Levels 20 – 30 are every 250 points for 1500 RP – 4,000 RP

• Levels 30 – 40 are every 500 points for 4,000 RP – 9,000 RP

• Levels 40-50 are elite tier and earn unique emoji rewards for every level up.

1000 points each except 49-50 which is 2000 points for a maximum of 20,000 RP

How do I earn Reputation Points ?

Reputation Points (RP) are rewarded a variety of ways:

• 10 RP a day just for logging in, with +1 RP daily for each user following you

• 1 RP granted for every thumb up on your review (no penalty for downvotes to encourage users to write more and better reviews)

• 10 RP for receiving a “Thank” by a user on the Trollbox for any reason. (you cannot Thank more than 3 people a day or the same person to prevent misuse)

• 5-20 RP can be rewarded by a moderator in the Trollbox for any reason.

• 25 RP for referring a user, both the sender and receiver get 25 RP

How does the Referral Plan work ?

After registering your account you can view your profile where you will find your Referral Code. Users have the option of entering a referral code when signing up to the exchange. If someone uses your code you’ll both get 25 RP but the main reason you’ll want to spread your code around is you’ll also receive 50% of their transaction fees for a whole year!


If you got lucky and referred someone who did a $1 million dollar trade you’d instantly see +$500 in your account. Refer enough people and you could be looking at some respectable passive income.

What are NESC Tokens ?

Nebula Exchange Star Credits (NESC) are our platform’s utility token.


NESC Tokens will be used for reducing transaction fees, paying for new listings as well as a trading pair. Tokens used for paying listing fees or for transaction fee are burned.


Additionally, each quarter, Nebula Exchange will use 25% of its profits to buy-back and burn NESC tokens.


Token burning will stop once the existing supply of NESC tokens reaches 50% of originally issued tokens.


Withdraw to wrong address

We will start the automatic withdrawal process as soon as you click the Withdrawal Confirmation button and put in your 2FA-code. Unfortunately, there is no way to stop this once initiated. Due to the anonymity of the blockchain, we are also unable to locate where your funds have been sent. If you have sent your coins to the wrong address by mistake, please use other means to try and locate and/or contact the recipient of your funds.


If you have withdrawn your funds to another exchange with an incorrect or empty tag/required description, please contact the receiving exchange with your TxID to organize the return of your funds.

Deposited wrong coins

If you sent wrong coins to your Nebula Exchange coin address:


We generally do not offer a token/coin recovery service.


If you have suffered a significant loss as a result of incorrectly deposited tokens/coins, we may, solely at our discretion, assist you in recovering your tokens/coins. This process is extremely complicated and may result in significant cost, time and risk.


1- If you wish to request Nebula Exchange to recover your coins, please provide: your account email, coin name, address, amount, txid (critical), transaction screenshot. Our team will judge whether or not retrieve wrong coins.

2- If it was possible to recover your coins, we may need to install or upgrade the wallet software, export/ import private keys etc. These operations can only be conducted by authorized staff under carefully security audit. Please be patient as it may take more than 1 month to retrieve wrong coins.

Sent to wrong address

If you sent your coins to a wrong address, Nebula Exchange did not receive these coins. And we do not know who controls those addresses and have no means of recovering those coins. If you know who that address belongs to, it is recommended that you contact to the owner of the target address to negotiate your coins back.

Withdrawals missing

Nebula Exchange stores the funds on a smart contract and does not advise transferring directly to another exchange as many exchanges do not recognize deposits from a smart contract. Instead, we advise our users to withdraw to a personal wallet such a MyEtherWallet.


Currently, Nebula Exchange processes withdrawals in two batches during the day, at 6am and 2pm UTC. Please wait for the next batch to be processed post putting in a withdrawal request.


If the next batch processing time has passed and you have still not received your withdrawal please contact support with your account ID, token and amount withdrawn. We will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Deposit has not arrived

The wallet/exchange I am sending coins to Nebula Exchange from shows that my transaction is completed, why haven’t I received anything?


A withdrawal marked as “completed” or “success” on an exchange does not mean that the transaction has fully processed to the receiving exchange – it simply means that the transaction was successfully posted to the blockchain.


Once a transaction is on the blockchain, it will still take a variable amount of time to confirm and post to the destination exchange. Different blockchains require different amounts of “confirmations” before a transaction is verified.


It is not uncommon for a blockchain to be congested with many transactions, causing unexpected/unusual delays in processing your transaction. You may use the transaction ID (TxID) to follow the status on the blockchain.


If your transaction shows “unconfirmed” on its blockchain, this is beyond our control.


You must wait for the transaction to be processed on the blockchain. Once it is included in the blockchain, it will begin to produce confirmations.


If you have sent to Nebula Exchange from another exchange, but not received a TxID, please contact customer service for that exchange.
Note: If the transaction is confirmed by Blockchain but not be credited to your Nebula Exchange account, please submit a support ticket and attach the following:

How to Change Account Password

Use the Forgot Password link on the login window to receive an email with a link to reset your password.


How to Sign Up

Go to our website anc click on “Login/Sign Up” in the menu on the top of the page to the right.

On the pop-up window, click on the “Sign Up” tab and enter your email address and password.

How to Trade

1. Go to the Nebula Exchange website (, click “Login / Sign Up” on the menu and enter your details to log in.

2. Find the coin you want to trade by selecting the ETH/USDT Market and type in the coin you are looking for in the search box. Click the pairing to enter the trading page.

3. The display of the trading page of Nebula Exchange is explained below.


1- This is where you can choose between “Limit” or “Market” orders.

2- The buy/sell area.

3- This is the chart where you can see the price developments of the selected pairing.

4- The order book.

5- The buy orders in the order book

6- The sell orders in the order book

7- The trading history of the selected pair


4. To buy or sell, you need to enter price and amount in the buy/sell area (part 2 of the image above).

Choose between “Buy” or “Sell” and if you want to use Market or Limit order. Set the amount to trade, your price, and see the total amount worth in ETH/USDT. You can also use the buttons 25 %, 50 %, 75 % or 100 % to buy or sell a specific percentage of your funds. When you are ready to place a buy or sell order, click on the button “Buy” or ”Sell”.

How to find your order history

Log in to your account on Nebula Exchange, then click on your registered email address in the top right corner and select “Order History” from the dropdown-menu.


On the Order History page you can filter on specific dates, pairs, buy/sell, and you can hide cancelled orders.

You can sort the different columns by clicking on the columns header text. Click multiple times to switch between ascending and descending order.

Security Tips

1. Please make sure you are visiting the website and not a phising site. Please bookmark our website

2. Set a strong password for your account

3. Do not share your password with anyone

4. Activate Google Authenticator for 2FA code logins and withdrawals

5. Never share the amount you are holding of your coins

How to Withdraw coins

To withdraw coins you need to log in to your account on Nebula Exchange, then click on your registered email address in the top right corner and select “Balances” from the dropdown-menu.

Find the coin you want to withdraw (we recommend you to use the filter box to make it easier to find the coin you are looking for) and click on the “Withdraw” symbol located on the same row and to the right of the screen image. Paste the wallet address you want to transfer your coins to, and the amount of tokens you want to withdraw.


Remember that you can not withdraw more coins than you have available. If you have placed open orders on the coin you wish to withdraw, you might have to cancel them first if you want to withdraw all your funds of the selected coin.

How to Deposit coins

To deposit coins you need to find your wallet address first. Log in to your account on Nebula Exchange, then click on your registered email address in the top right corner and select “Balances” from the dropdown-menu.

Find the coin you want to deposit (we recommend you to use the filter box to make it easier to find the coin you are looking for) and click on the “Deposit” symbol located on the same row and to the right of the screen image. Copy the wallet address or scan the QR-code and transfer your coins to this address.

What is 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) and how to enable or disable it

Two Factor Authentication, also known as 2FA, two step verification or 2FA, is an extra layer of security that is known as “multi factor authentication” that requires not only a password and username but also something that only, and only, that user has on them, i.e. a piece of information only they should know or have immediately to hand — such as a physical token.

Nebula Exchange uses Google Authenticator for 2FA-authentication.


How to activate 2FA-authentication:

1. Download Google Authenticator from App Store/Google Play

2. Log in to your account on Nebula Exchange

3. Click on your registered email address in the top right corner and click on “Activate 2FA” in the dropdown-menu.

4. Scan the QR code with your Google Authenticator app and it will get added automatically. Remeber to make a backup of your QR-code.

When will you list “XX” token on Nebula Exchange?

We will make announcements when listing new coins. Please keep in mind that we keep this information strictly confidential, and if a team shares this information before we announce it, they risk disqualification of their token being listed on Nebula Exchange.

What to do if you think your account is compromised

Contact Nebula Exchange support immediately on [email protected] We strongly recommend changing the password using the forgot password feature.

To prevent your account being compromised we encourage you to set a strong password and activate Google Authenticator which is a 2FA code generator.
